Living dangerously atop obsessive construct of craft, as developed in his post-university years doing NASA live volcano investigation, Hopkins is known to derive the rounding of a new fragrance image from life and formulae. Sceince and woman: insight acquired during twenty years as a New York fashion photographer informs his resonance to the here and now, trend and style. His atelier is not distracted by the busy seasons of frantic fashion design, nor the insatiable demands of stockholder profit dictating mass product conformity of cosmetic machines.
